Overseas Chinese and Multiple Homes|Anonymized Real Case

How Can Home and Business Questions Be Reviewed Remotely Across Several Countries?

Remote home review should not mean declaring fortune through a screen. This case began with recurring sounds and pressure in a fixed part of an overseas residence, followed by video, plans, images, and a wider review of several homes. Local authorities later handled human remains near the original property, and the family moved out. A direct connection cannot be proven, but the real sequence is retained.

This account is based on work personally handled by Tsai Ching-Fu. Identifying details have been changed, while the case background, sequence of work, field records, and later reports are preserved as far as confidentiality allows.

CASE 01

He described recurring sounds in one fixed area, and the family would not remain settled there

The client operated across several countries and owned homes serving different purposes. He first contacted me because one overseas residence repeatedly produced unexplained sounds and a sense of pressure in a particular area, while family members struggled to remain there. The first review covered timing, location, who heard it, building equipment, sleep, previous interventions, floor plans, video, room use, altar placement, and the main intake of the home. The conclusion was not based on sensation alone.

CASE 02

One property led to a wider review of the client's international living system

The other homes served work, short stays, investment, and future family use. The review therefore expanded to who stayed where, how long, whether work displaced rest, and which family member might eventually use each property. Investment value, convenience, and whether a family can truly settle are different questions. One arrangement should not be copied across every property.

CASE 03

Human remains were later handled nearby, but the event is not presented as a prediction

During the engagement, local authorities handled a human-remains case near the original residence. The event destroyed the family's remaining sense of safety, and the client chose to leave and dispose of the property. There is no evidence proving that the earlier sounds and pressure came directly from that event. It remains in the account because it materially changed the family's decision, not because it proves remote prediction.

No. Sound, sleep, stress, safety, and building history must also be considered.
