CONFIDENTIALITY|PRIVATE MATTERS

Some matters
should not be spoken publicly.

Confidentiality is not a decoration. It is part of how sensitive situations are carried.

Private advisory, family issues, company matters, home structure, spiritual-boundary situations, ritual-related cases, and overseas Chinese consultation may involve sensitive information. Such information should be handled with care and clear boundaries.

SCOPE

What should be protected.

Confidentiality applies not only to names, but also to home details, family context, company information, birth data, and sensitive personal experiences.

IDENTITY

Names and contact details

Names, phone numbers, email, LINE contact, client identity, company identity, and location details should not be exposed casually.

HOME

Home and family matters

Home layouts, addresses, ancestor or altar issues, family disputes, and private household situations should be handled with stronger boundaries.

SPECIAL

Sensitive experiences

Spiritual boundary issues, unusual experiences, ritual matters, dreams, disturbances, or private case details should not be discussed publicly without protection.

TWO OPTIONS

The confidentiality options are simple.

If a case can be used publicly, it must be fully de-identified. If it cannot be public, it is not mentioned, hinted at, rewritten, or used as content.

Option 1: De-identified use allowed

If the client agrees, the case may be used for articles, videos, website case explanations, teaching, or structural analysis after complete de-identification. No name, identity, company, photo, time, location, or identifiable detail is exposed.

Option 2: Fully confidential, never mentioned

If the client requests full confidentiality, the case will not be mentioned externally. No disclosure, no hints, no rewriting, no implication, and no use as content. No one knows who you are, and no one knows you ever consulted me.

Agreement or NDA if needed

A simple confidentiality agreement may be discussed. For corporate, public figure, family, or highly sensitive matters, the client may also prepare a formal NDA.

BOUNDARY

How confidentiality should work in practice.

The rule is simple: do not expose what does not need to be exposed, and do not ask for what is not needed yet.

Not every case should become content

Some cases can be transformed into general observations after de-identification. Some should never be mentioned at all.

Start with category, not full evidence

At the beginning, explain the category, urgency, and what you want to handle. Do not send full addresses, documents, photos, or internal company data unless requested.

Confidentiality has limits in crisis

If there is immediate danger, violence, self-harm, fraud, legal risk, or emergency safety concern, proper authorities or professionals may need to be contacted first.
