Private Advisory

Some situations cannot be handled
as ordinary checkout items.

For business owners, family enterprises, overseas Chinese clients, major decisions, confidential family matters and high-discretion cases.

Private advisory is for situations where a simple service page is not enough. The matter may involve a company, family, home, business premises, spiritual boundary, long-term decision, overseas context, ancestor or altar concern, reputation-sensitive issue, or personal matter that should not be discussed publicly.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for cases where several layers are involved at once.

BUSINESS

Business owners and decision-makers

For situations involving a company, store, office, factory, major decision, leadership pressure, partnership tension, business premises, people flow, or a long-term direction that requires more than a simple Feng Shui answer.

FAMILY ENTERPRISE

Family businesses and family decision-makers

For cases involving family order, generational pressure, responsibility, company control, marital tension, inheritance-like conflict, ancestor or altar concerns, home structure or long-term family decisions.

OVERSEAS

Overseas Chinese clients

For Chinese-speaking clients outside Taiwan who need a culturally grounded and confidential way to explain home, business, ancestor, altar, relocation, family or private advisory issues before any service is accepted.

MAJOR DECISION

Before investment, relocation or restructuring

For investment, relocation, restructuring, home purchase, factory adjustment, partnership, overseas move, store opening, company transition or family arrangement.

CONFIDENTIAL

Sensitive personal and family matters

For cases involving identity, marriage, private family conflict, financial pressure, spiritual boundary, public reputation, company image or situations that cannot be safely explained in public comments.

LONG-TERM

Monthly or long-term advisory

For clients who need recurring review, staged decision support, priority scheduling and a private structure for looking at business, family, home and personal direction over time.

COMMON PRIVATE SITUATIONS

Many private advisory cases begin with these deeper concerns.

A client may think they are asking about a company, home, family or decision. But often the real issue is how several layers have become tied together.

The company issue has started affecting the family

Some business problems are not only about revenue, staff or management. They may also involve the owner’s home, family pressure, decision fatigue, partnership tension and a deeper loss of order.

The family issue has started affecting business decisions

When spouses, parents, siblings, children, assets, ancestor matters and company decisions become intertwined, the issue cannot be read as one isolated question.

A major decision feels too risky to make alone

Investment, relocation, restructuring, home purchase, factory adjustment, partnership or overseas move may need another layer of situation reading before action.

The home and business field both feel unstable

A person may live in one field and work in another, but the pressure can cross over. Home, office, store, factory, altar, ancestors and daily rhythm may all be part of the same situation.

The matter cannot be explained publicly

Some cases involve reputation, identity, marriage, company name, family conflict, hidden responsibilities or special experiences. Public discussion would damage the situation.

The client needs a longer advisory structure

Some situations cannot be solved in one session. They need a staged advisory process: clarify the situation, decide priorities, check timing, then review the next move.

ACCEPTED IN STAGES

Private advisory is not an ordinary checkout product.

The case must be reviewed before acceptance. Fees depend on the type of case, confidentiality level, urgency, location, whether remote review is enough, whether overseas coordination is needed, and whether the matter involves home, business, family, altar, ancestor, ritual-related or high-discretion issues.

Initial high-level assessment

Used to review whether the case can be accepted, the urgency, scope, confidentiality needs, whether other professional support may be required, and the suitable next format.

Business owner / family enterprise review

For business owners, family enterprises, overseas business operators and high-discretion cases. The scope must be reviewed before formal confirmation.

Monthly private situational advisory

For serious short-term issues, staged decision review and recurring private advisory. Response time, discussion format and service scope depend on the agreed arrangement.

Annual or long-term advisory

For long-term confidential clients, multi-business operators, overseas Chinese clients, family enterprises or complex family-business situations that need staged review over time.

Overseas / on-site / ritual / Feng Shui arrangement

Travel, accommodation, on-site accompaniment, business premises, homes, factories, shops, ritual work, ancestral altar matters or Feng Shui adjustment are reviewed separately.

Referral or limited acceptance

Some cases may be declined, postponed, redirected to another professional, or accepted only within a clearly limited scope.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT

International direct payment is not fully open at this stage.

For overseas Chinese clients and international inquiries, please begin with an inquiry first. If the case is accepted, the suitable communication, service format and payment arrangement will be discussed privately.

Do not pay first

Do not send payment before the case is reviewed and accepted.

Trusted Taiwan contact

If you have a trusted contact in Taiwan who can assist with local communication or payment coordination, mention this in the first message.

Inquiry first

International clients do not need to buy first. Start with a concise inquiry.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality is kept simple: de-identified use, or fully confidential and never mentioned.

De-identified use

If the client agrees, a case may be used for articles, videos, website case explanations, teaching or structural analysis after complete de-identification.

Fully confidential

No disclosure, no hints, no rewriting, no implication and no article, video, social media, lecture or case material. No one knows who you are, and no one knows you ever consulted me.

Agreement or NDA if needed

A simple confidentiality agreement may be discussed. For corporate, public figure, family or highly sensitive matters, the client may also prepare a formal NDA.

FIRST INQUIRY

What to include in the first inquiry

Please begin with a concise message. Include only the basic context first.

Basic identity

Your location and identity type: business owner, family business, overseas Chinese client, individual, media contact or collaboration contact.

Core situation

The core situation in 5–10 sentences. Do not send everything at once.

Involved layers

Mention whether the matter involves home, business, family, altar, ancestor, spiritual boundary, relocation, ritual-related support or confidentiality.

Urgency and coordination

How urgent the situation is, whether you prefer email or LINE follow-up, and whether a trusted contact in Taiwan can assist with local communication or payment coordination if needed.

DATA SAFETY

What not to send first

Please do not send excessive personal data at first contact.

Do not send sensitive documents first

Do not send ID documents, passports, medical records, legal files, bank information, private family documents or private company documents before the case is reviewed.

Do not send large data dumps

Do not send large photo collections, videos, confidential contracts or sensitive personal records before the scope is clarified.

More information comes later

If more information is needed, it will be requested later within a clearer scope.

BOUNDARIES

The more sensitive the case, the more important it is not to overpromise.

If the situation involves immediate danger, self-harm, violence, fraud, legal conflict, medical emergency, domestic abuse, stalking, threats or personal safety risk, please contact the appropriate local professional or emergency service first.

No guaranteed result

Private advisory does not guarantee profit, wealth, reconciliation, business success, spiritual effect, destiny change, ritual outcome or any fixed result.

Not a replacement for professional teams

It does not replace legal, medical, psychological, financial, investment, accounting, construction, fire safety, emergency, corporate governance or personal safety professionals.

Not every case is accepted

Some cases may be declined, postponed, redirected to another professional, or accepted only within a clearly limited scope.

NEXT STEP

If the case is complex, start with an inquiry.

Email is usually better for company, family, overseas, high-discretion, ancestor, altar, special case, collaboration or long-term advisory inquiries. LINE is better for short initial contact, simple scheduling or asking whether email is the right next step. Before choosing a path, first understand the situation. 先看勢,再定路。
