The website currently uses Vercel hosting, Supabase database storage, Resend for email and delivery-status events, and 1SHOP for external payments. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after permission. LINE and email providers handle data under their own terms. Some service infrastructure or processing may be located outside Taiwan.

If you book or purchase through 1SHOP or another payment page, payment, order, invoice, notification, and transaction-related data may be handled by those platforms. This website does not directly store full credit card information.

We will verify the request and respond according to applicable law. Records needed for transactions, disputes, accounting or legal requirements may need to be retained.

If case observations, articles, videos, educational materials, or public content are created in the future, identifying details should be avoided. This includes names, addresses, company names, full photos, chat screenshots, family identities, and recognizable background details.

Some information is not appropriate for public use at all. If it should remain private, it should remain private.

This site now provides an inquiry form, ShenCe assessment results, paid-report requests, manual payment reviews, and email-delivery tracking. Depending on the feature, the site may store submitted topics, contact details, answer selections, optional birth details, result summaries, email addresses, order references, delivery status, timestamps, and hashed anti-abuse identifiers.

Some assessment results have expiration timestamps. Actual removal or scrubbing depends on administrative cleanup and is not guaranteed to happen immediately at expiration. Payment verification and service records may be retained separately for legitimate operational or legal needs.

Providing an order reference does not by itself verify payment. Paid reports require manual verification; email acceptance by the provider is not the same as confirmed delivery.
